Disclosures: Please note that as wood is a natural material, each plaque will have different graining, patterns and possible knots. No two items will ever be the same. It's important to avoid allowing the bamboo to come into contact with water, moisture, oils, perfumes, or cosmetics as this can significantly damage your bamboo product. Also keep away from children as these are not a toy. To slow the natural effects of your bamboo product ageing, we also highly recommend placing the product away from direct sunlight.

Cancellation Policy / Change of Mind
To request a cancellation, please do so within 2 days of purchase, provided your order has not yet been shipped.
Returns/Exchanges
Rose Collection does not accept exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders.
However, Rose Collection will accept returns and offer exchanges in the rare instance that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@rosecollection.com.au.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, Rose Collection is not liable for any damage or loss once the item has been dispatched.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden items, so variations in each disc are normal. Minor imperfections in laser work may occur due to the natural materials used. By making a purchase, you acknowledge this and understand that no refunds will be issued for change of mind.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange unless the item is faulty and reported within the specified timeframe.
Certain conditions apply for partial refunds:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
